James was awesome . I made one phone call , he and his crew arrived that day and finished a job that would have taken us days to finish all in one day. The price,,, great. I am definitely going to recommend Bio-One to all my friend's and family. Mary

James is wonderful. He is professional and does amazing work but what was such a blessing is that he was so so kind. The clean up he did for us was really quite disgusting and he didn’t bat an eye. He was very clear in his communication and did great work. I just can’t stress how kind he is-he’s got wonderful energy and his way of being really made the terrible experience of having to get a biohazard in my dads home cleaned much less traumatic. I can’t recommend James more highly.

James and his team took a project that had been mentally exhausting me for months and solved it in just a few hours. Very quick, professional, and flexible to work with!

The team came out and was very professional and personable. My brother and I utilized the team after the passing of a family member and needing to clean out their own. The team set aside anything that looked important or sentimental and was very thorough cleaning. They strived for customer satisfaction and did a wonderful job!

I recently used bio one to do a full clean out of my home. Not only were they compassionate and professional, they were so kind. James and his crew deserve more than 5 stars. James and the team made me feel so comfortable and made the process so easy. I would highly recommend to anyone!

James and Bio-One works within our timeline and price range. He and his team where on time and even did more ( for free) than agreed on. Our whole family was very happy to find them on Google. Heaven sent !!

James is one of the most giving and compassionate human beings that I've never met. I say "never" because we only spoke via the telephone. He sanitized my grandmother's home for me after she caught a stomach bug that was contagious to the touch and did it out of the kindness of his heart free of charge. This goes to show there are still honest and trustworthy people in the world. He put my mind at ease and refused any compensation. I recommend him to the fullest extent and thank him tremendously!
